Kirkus has listed Catchlight and Sorrow among their Best Indie Books of 2020. The Kirkus starred review for Catchlight calls the novel a "A trifecta of memorable players, convincing storytelling, and well-honed prose." Sorrow also earned a starred review from Kirkus as "a smart, thoughtful work that balances romance with intriguing philosophical questions."
